Highlights from the 2009 Bronze and Silver Shows...

Dressage Niagara had a successful series of shows this year. We held a total of 4 shows at the Bronze and Silver levels in a one day format that worked very well for competitors.

May 31 at the Welland Fairgrounds: There were 30 entries. This will be a great new venue for future Dressage Niagara shows. There were spacious, open grounds, ample room for parking, grandstands for spectators and a location that is central to the Niagara Region. We look forward to more shows at this venue in the future.

July 4th at 3 Gaits Equestrian Centre: There were 26 entries. This is a new facility in the Niagara area, with a large indoor arena and outdoor warmup ring.

August 9th at Golden Horseshoe: There were 30 entries. A huge thunder storm followed by high humidity caused a rain delay but afterwards the show continued without a hitch.
